Shipping policy

Peejamas' goal is to ship orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons, and high-demand periods like Holidays, pandemics, etc., shipping may be slightly delayed. For products purchased as pre-order, Peejamas will provide frequent updates on the status of your pre-order. We appreciate your patience and understanding of any potential backlogs due to high demand! 

Peejamas does ship internationally. Any potential tariffs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Peejamas does not refund shipping cost for returned orders unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival or we erroneously sent the wrong item.
